Sharon has over 20 years’ experience in global blue chip companies as an experienced HR leader. In this time she has been involved in the selection and promotion decisions of thousands of people, so knows first-hand what helps a candidate to stand out, and what can limit women's careers.
Sharon has published research on career transition and her expert opinion has been published in Forbes.com, Business Insider and Psychologies magazine.
She is a chartered Psychologist, a coach, and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.
